Start a New Thread (to respond to a topic)

  1. Select a topic.Select the title in the topic content.
  2. Select Start a New Thread to make a new post.
  3. Add a title and type your post.The page for writing a post appears after selecting the Start New Topic button. It has a text box to enter a title for the post, and another, larger text box to enter the body of the post.
  4. Check the Subscribe to this thread checkbox, located under the texfield for your post, to be notified when someone replies to it. Also you must have Discussions ticked in your Instant Notifications.
  5. Add a file or make a recording.Select the button next to Add Attachment, located under the textfield for your post, to open the Attachment dialog box.
  6. Select Post.
